Operation Otto

"If these dogs only knew what a difference they make. Certainly, there's nothing that can replace the precision of a dog's nose—and absolutely nothing that can replace a dog's heart." — Bob Sessions, Rescue Worker, Federal Emergency Management Agency"
(2/1/04) We've recently commenced groundwork for Operation Otto which is a vision to establish specialized training grounds for our nation's emergency rescue canine units.

With the new millennial threats to our safety and our security, it has become evident that there is a need for a state of the art facility to properly train our canines and their handlers. AHOF is dedicated to the completion of such a worthy and necessary project, which will serve countless security agencies, educators and future generations.

Operation Otto is named after the brave canine Otto who aided in the search for survivors at the Pentagon building on 9-11. Otto has appeared at our past events, Women Are Heroes Too and Washington, D.C. Honors America's Heroes of Freedom.

Please stay tuned for more information on this Operation.
